Our Client Services Team offers bespoke system support to ensure that your support cases and questions are resolved and responded to in a manner that is tailored to your NetSuite setup, alongside your business process and long-term goals.

Undertaking support with 3EN Group will enable you to utilise a team of NetSuite trained and certified resources, including chartered accountants, who can resolve issues, advise on system decisions, and implement additional modules and bundles. Alongside this, the team will work directly with NetSuite should a system defect or enhancement be detected.

To ensure you are continually enhancing your NetSuite experience after go-live, we will also provide you with a dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager will provide regular updates regarding your current support usage and discuss any future projects and system enhancements you may require to meet your business goals.

All support packages include regular check-in calls, assistance with NetSuite module procurement, quarterly business reviews, and support reports, utilising these services will not deduct from your hourly bundles.
