To log into NetSuite go to the following URL;
Enter your email address and password.
If this is your first-time logging into NetSuite, your administrator may have requested that you change your password upon initial login. If so, you will be directed to a page where you will need to enter your current password and your new password.
The administrator of your NetSuite instance may have set up specific criteria that your password must meet. The password criteria will be clearly shown on the screen when you are changing your password as follows;
Please note: if you are the administrator of a NetSuite account and wish to change the password criteria, please go to Set Up > Company > General Preferences.
If you wish to change your password while logged into NetSuite, click on ‘Change Password’ on the Settings Portlet on your Home Dashboard.
If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ on the NetSuite log in page. You will be asked to enter your email address. NetSuite will email a link to change your password. Please note, NetSuite will also ask you to fill out your Security Questions at this stage.
NetSuite will ask you to fill in security questions upon first logging in. There is an option to select “Remind Me Later”. We advise not to do this and to complete the security questions immediately. Ensure the answers are meaningful and memorable, as you will need to answer your Security Questions if you forget your password and if you log in from a different device or browser, as a method of double authentication.
To update your security questions, click on ‘Update Security Questions’ on the Settings Portlet on your Home Dashboard
NetSuite will also ask you to enter your current password before saving your updated security questions.
If you have forgotten your password, and you cannot use any of the options described to gain access to your account, the administrator of your NetSuite instance can change your password via your employee record.
